Before I restructured UX integration at Xceptor, usability data was collected reactively—after features had been built. I worked with Product and Engineering leadership to embed UX insights directly into roadmap planning, tying design quality to measurable business outcomes.
We defined a minimum SUS threshold for all releases, aligned UX metrics with OKRs around adoption and support cost, and implemented a company-wide UX dashboard to visualise trends. Over 30 benchmarking studies provided objective insight into prioritisation. The result was a measurable shift from delivery-driven roadmaps to evidence-driven decision-making, transforming UX into a key driver of product strategy.
