This case study brings together the systems, frameworks, and artefacts that underpin Xceptor’s design transformation. The creation of a unified design system standardised layouts, typography, and interaction patterns across multiple micro front-ends, reducing design-to-development time by 30%. An accompanying accessibility and usability framework ensured every component met WCAG AA standards.
To track impact, I built a UX metrics dashboard integrating SUS scores, accessibility audits, and defect rates. This visibility empowered both leadership and development teams to quantify design quality and continuously improve release standards.
