This included deploying ChatGPT for heuristic evaluations and UX writing, Great Question AI for automated research synthesis, and Figma Make for rapid prototype generation.
Alongside AI adoption, I formalised accessibility and usability standards through a 30-item accessibility checklist and a 10-point heuristic framework. A centralised UX metrics dashboard provided leadership with real-time visibility into design performance. These initiatives collectively reduced design cycle times by 40%, improved accessibility compliance, and reinforced UX’s position as a driver of innovation within the business.
